Bellator 214 in January will feature two championship fights with the addition of middleweight titleholder Gegard Mousasi.
Gegard Mousasi (45-6-2) is putting his belt on a line against Rafel Lovato Jr. (9-0 MMA, 5-0 BMMA) and that fight will probably be a co-headliner of Bellator 214.
Bellator 214 takes place Jan. 26 at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif.

Lovato Jr. is currently undefeated in his MMA career and he will definitely go for it to continue his winning streak against Gegard Mousasi. Lovato’s strongest weapon is, of course, grappling and it brought him most of his victories. It’s still left to see will he be able to grapple his way to the title against one of the best grapplers in MMA Gegard Mousasi.
In a case, Lovato wins this fight he’ll still defend the title he won in Legacy FC against Marcelo Nunes back in 2016.
